About Therapy

Talking with a therapist can help you manage difficult feelings, problems, conflict and distress.

Counselling provides a safe place to explore thoughts and feelings and my aim is to help you make your own choices to move forward.

Short or long-term options are available. You might like to work in an open-ended way without committing yourself to a specified time – taking time to explore your world and perhaps thinking about the meaning of your life and your experiences.  Perhaps the issues you are facing have been with you for some time and you wish for a space to consider them – without knowing how long it will take.
